(Video) Blac Chyna is under criminal investigation for assault and battery after allegedly kicking a woman in the stomach

It’s been a busy week of battles for the influencer and the entrepreneur Blac Chyna! She lost her $100 million defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family. Shortly after, Chyna announced her intention to challenge the verdict with an appeal. Then she revealed her June booking with celebrity boxing. Now it looks like Blac Chyna has engaged in another fight, this time with a woman named redwood king. According to TMZ, Sequoya alleges a verbal argument with Chyna turned physical with a kick in the gut from the influencer.

According to Los Angeles Police Department sources, a battery report filed May 6 lists Blac Chyna as a suspect. The police have opened a criminal investigation.

Meanwhile, Sequoya opened up about her version of what happened with Chyna at a bar in Los Angeles on Friday morning. Apparently, Chyna was upset because she believed people were filming her. She then accused Sequoya of taping her, which Sequoya denies.

Then, Chyna allegedly took Sequoya’s phone out of her hand and slammed it on the floor. A photo obtained by TMZ shows an iPhone with a cracked screen and back. Afterwards, Sequoya says that Chyna charged at her and kicked her in the stomach. At this point, Chyna’s friends allegedly removed her from the situation and drove her into a car.

Video of the aftermath of the assault shows a crowd of people separating the Sequoya and the Chyna in a parking lot.

At the 1:15 timestamp of the video, Sequoya apparently asked the model a question.

“Did you feel good when you kicked me in my belly fat,” Sequoya reportedly said.

Several conversations are heard in the video, including shouting and Blac Chyna seemingly denying the attack.

Sequoya King opens up about the altercation via social media

Although Sequoya shared her story with TMZ, she also took to her personal Facebook to detail what happened. After recounting the reported assault, she shared what she would like to get out of the situation.

“Stop doing drugs sis it ain’t pretty. I’ve been disrespected but kept humble,” Sequoya wrote. “It’s not about the money, I just want a new phone, and she must be held accountable for her actions!!! In the future, I will take every measure to make sure she can’t hurt anyone else!!! Also to the aunt who pulled out a gun, kudos to you too!
