Two Rockford men charged after narcotics investigation
ROCKFORD, Ill. – On Monday, February 28, 2022, at approximately 10:10 a.m., members of the
Rockford Police Department Gang Crime Unit conducted a narcotics search warrant in the 2400
block from Sauber Avenue.

During the search of the residence, detectives found two loaded firearms,
more than 90 pills of ecstasy, crack, more than 400 grams of cannabis and the currency of the United States.
After a review of the facts of this case, the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office
authorized the following costs:

Anthony Young, 26, Rockford

Illegal use of a weapon by a criminal (2 counts)

Usually armed criminal
Gun violence
No valid FOID (2 counts)
Possession with intent to deliver cannabis
Possession with intent to deliver ecstasy

Martavius ​​Young, 23, Rockford

Possession with intent to deliver cannabis
Possession with intent to deliver cocaine
