Casey Anthony Launches Private Investigation Firm in Florida

Casey Anthony PI?

The accused former child killer appears to have started a private investigative firm in Florida, according to public records.

Documents for a new company called “Case Research & Consulting Services LLC” were filed with the Florida Division of Corporation as Anthony on December 14.

The new venture, first reported by The Daily Mail, comes years after Anthony – who was acquitted of the June 2008 murder of his 2-year-old daughter, Caylee – started a photography business, which shut down its doors in 2018.

The 34-year-old has been convicted of lying to authorities in the high-profile case, which means she cannot hold an IP license in Florida, according to the Mail.

She moved to West Palm Beach shortly after an Orlando jury found her not guilty of the murder of her daughter in 2011.

Anthony reportedly moved in with Pat McKenna, a private investigator for his defense team, and later announced she was working on a film about her daughter’s mysterious death.

The West Palm Beach address given for the detective store is associated with McKenna, who was the lead private investigator for Anthony’s defense team during the 2011 trial.

He was also an investigator for the OJ Simpson Defense Team.

Documents show Anthony is listed as the sole agent for the company, which is expected to officially launch on January 1.

She did not respond to a message on Wednesday evening.
